The HPC has survived the recent rash of sudden resignations and has fully re-constituted itself at last night's meeting. Here is the new roster of members:
Carl N. Steinberg Class B
Mark Skesavage Class C
Dave Loring Class C
Dick Dalick Class B
Barbara Wagner Class B
Anthony DiFlumeri Class C
Robert Sive Class A
Joan Kress Class C Alternate
*Deborah Loring Class C Alternate
*will soon be added to the Commission
In addition to routine housekeeping, the Commission took up a few issues at last night's meeting including preparation to video and document the pre-construction phase at the American Hotel; kicking off the 2007 Historic Preservation Awards program; and discussion on electing a new slate of officers from the current commission makeup.
Come on out to our next meeting in October. It's a very interesting Commission, because it deals with the history of our town.
