The Mayor has announced the handpicked delegation that will travel to Maplewood later this month. By the way, the FB schools will also be represented among us. We are just trying to coordinate people's schedules and we'll be ready to roll, announcing the actual date and time.

Has this list of people been released to the public? I could not find anything on either the Transcript or the APP about the Mayor announcing the delegation.
If the names of those hand picked has not yet been released...will it be?

No. The Mayor asked he Council members to make suggestions and give them to him to review. He them gave me the list to call. I really don't want to list names and embarrass anyone, who may not accept the invitation. Once the group is solid, I will share it on PEOPLE.
I know that Jaye Sims and I are going. I don't think Brian will mind me sharing that HE is invited to go along. Jim Keelan has also been reached out to on behalf of your BOE. He is working on this from his end. I think the Mayor made some good choices, overall.
I'll have to let you know about the others.
