I had dinner there in November. It was outstanding. I was impressed with the food, the service, and the expertise. The atmosphere was interesting, and greatly enhanced by the singing, in Italian, of a young waiter.

Your not supposed to have opinions on anything pertaining to the borough! ;D Just kidding! We don't believe that here at the Freehold Voice as we are very tolerant and open to any who have an interest in our town. That aside, my only experience was at the antique fest this past fall. Della Solla had a stand outside their place and we ate there. We liked what we had very much and had promised ourselves we go get there some time, which we haven't=== yet. And Rich, thank you for the warning about the Italian singer. I will bring ear plugs. This past weekend I had car loads of north Jersey Italians visit my house. They are great people but I still have not regained all of my hearing.

Also getting back to a serious note, it is good to hear about the singer. This is a feature of the restaurant that makes it stand out and entice me and the wife to make it a point of going there.

How very enchanting. I cant stop fantasizing about how Casual and I enjoyed soft candle glowing, seductively twirling each others linguine by the sounds of Amorde de la Romanticia Italiano emoted by this young Perry Coumo-Andrea Bocelli bella musica amore muse. We both melted at our table hearing "Caro mio ben" and "La Danza". The Chianti, the musical muse, flavorful bounty hidden in the gravy drenched pasta all ignited the silent sensual electricity we not so secretly share. This is not a mear static charge-cling! Perfect together, I only hope he pops the question in two weeks! Also getting back to a serious note, it is good to hear about the singer. This is a feature of the restaurant that makes it stand out and entice me and the wife to make it a point of going there. ' wow, I am touched...

Holly:
This charming note made the Casual one perspire a bit. What if you are toying with me and then I lose Ms. Casual Freehold? Do you want me to be your boy toy?
We will always have the 2007 election campaign -- no one can ever take that from us.
I just have to give this relationship with Ms. Casual Freehold a little more time. She is really starting to grow on me. I can sense she is digging on the Casual one too. She is thinking long term. She already mentioned a summer trip to Cancun. She calls my mom on her birthday.
What should I do Holly? Let myself fall in love again?
The one thing I cannot do is allow the relationship with Ms. Casual Freehold to interfere with my career as a columnist here at the Freehold Voice. I will give up many things for her but not this message board.

We finally made it to Della Solla tonight. It was very good with reasonable prices.
We did not have the pleasure of a live singer, though. Maybe next time.
