jcarm, I just remembered something else, and certainly not to insult your intelligence or research skills: but if you and your wife will be first time homebuyers, I think there's a cool program for you that will assist your efforts. Others on here can definitely chime in, as they know more about this than I do. Meanwhile, I wish you two the best and know you'll find a lot of happiness here and in Monmouth County overall. We know about the federal government's tax credit. If there's a Freehold Borough initiative that I'm not aware of, I'm all ears.  We're both looking forward to settling down here. There seems to be a lot which we are looking for, and a lot that we can hopefully bring to the table. |

Hi, Jcarm. May I suggest if you don't already have a Realtor to call up Lisa Kristiansen at Weichert in Holmdel? She lives in FB and knows the town housing stock very well. She's also a buddy who I trust. I know she can answer all your questions and she won't pressure you. I agree! I've worked with Lisa K and would recommend her to my own family...in fact, I have. She is an outstanding agent! |
