While walking along Rene Levesque Street in downtown Montreal, my wife and I came upon a memorable and somewhat comforting scene that has not been encountered on our Borough Streets for quite sometime.
In viewing this photo, you will immediately recognize what and whom I am speaking of. And, seeing this on a street so far from our downtown was quite an eerie site. I'm sure you'll agree:
